Leslie Houston joined NAI Excel in 2018, bringing with her seven years of experience from a prominent third-party commercial real estate database, formerly recognized as one of the Top 2 commercial real estate information providers. Upon relocating to Las Vegas, Leslie leveraged her extensive real estate network spanning coast to coast. Her unique skill set encompasses all property types, listing types, analytics, and research. Throughout her career, she has excelled in coaching, supervision, and customer service—skills proving invaluable in her current role within the Larkin Industrial Group.

Before moving to Las Vegas, Leslie completed the Leadership Development Program at The University of Kansas, an intensive program for future leaders handpicked by their organizations. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she quickly found her stride at NAI Excel and rapidly advanced within the company, thanks to her motivation, hard work, and competitive spirit.

Leslie is a member of SIOR, CCIM, NAIOP, and CREW and actively supports educational initiatives in Las Vegas and her hometown. She is also involved with several charities within the Las Vegas community. When she's not conquering the commercial real estate world, Leslie enjoys watching or playing sports of all kinds.

Eric Larkin joined NAI Excel in 2013, bringing seven years of experience from a regional brokerage firm representing institutional landlords, REITs, and developers. With extensive knowledge in investment analysis, property valuations, and lease negotiations, he has completed over $1 billion in transactions, spanning leases, owner-user sales, investment sales, and development projects.

Since joining NAI Excel, Eric has become the #33 salesperson in a global company of over 7,000 agents and leads an industrial sales team ranked in the top 10 worldwide. Promoted to Executive Vice President, he now oversees both his sales activity and his team while driving recruitment to expand NAI Excel's offices, which have grown into San Antonio and Austin, Texas, from Las Vegas, St. George, and Salt Lake City. Additionally, he invests personally with colleagues at NAI Capital, focusing on industrial real estate.

He holds an MBA from Regis University and a BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College. He has earned several industry designations, including SIOR and CCIM. Eric also serves as the Community Outreach Chair for the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter, organizing volunteer efforts for organizations such as the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Project 150, Spread the Word Nevada, and Three Square.

Outside work, Eric enjoys time with his wife, Alaina, their grade school-aged children, Layla, Leo, and Kendrick, and their 15-year-old miniature boxer, Martini. He is a passionate Las Vegas Golden Knights fan and enjoys travel, music, playing basketball, and anything health and wellness-related. His most recent endeavors have been head coach of his son's 8U soccer team and his daughter's 4th grade basketball team.
